Morse Construction, Inc., established in 1989 by brothers, Neil & James Morse, is a General Contracting Firm with building lots in the Adirondacks. Morse Construction’s Office is located at, 1073 US Route 9 in Schroon Lake, NY, and is staffed Monday thru Friday 8AM - 4PM with weekend meetings available by appointment.

We would be pleased to create you an estimate to build you a home according to your plans if you have them. If you are still in the designing process, we can set you up with one of several architects that we work with.  Morse Construction will easily guide you through the entire building process from thought to finish.  Our reputation is excellent for being responsive to your requirements and willingness to address every detail in an educated and timely fashion.

If you are in need of a building lot, we have two available now, and more in the process.

The two currently available are 8 acre approved building lots. They are a gently sloping hillside with good views of the mountains located at 1622 and 1656 Hoffman Road in Schroon Lake. Power is available within 200’. A private well will need to be drilled. Driveways will need to be finished. They are 5 miles west of Route 9 on the left-hand side just past the Trout Brook Road intersection. The lots are only 20 minutes from Gore Mountain and 5 minutes from the Village of Schroon Lake with many shops, beaches and canoe and boat launches. There are many hiking trails, lakes, ponds and streams nearby in the Hoffman Notch and Pharoah Lake Wilderness Areas. All lots will be sold along with a custom home built by Morse Construction.

We are working on a new land subdivision development located on Trout Brook in the Town of Minerva, expected to be available spring 2009 with waterfront and views of Gore Mountain.
